I am a senior project manager with extensive experience in complex and dynamic customer environments. I am a valued sparring partner from operational to steering committee and board level. With a professional track record of 18 years in various positions I have gained broad experience with clients in many industries.
The last 10 years I have shown excellent results as a projectmanager in several management roles. I have been continuously working on the intersection of business and it. In the last few years I have chosen consciously to be working in departments with business information management as the primary focus. Within the context of these projects parallel changes often came along such as changes of process, organizational changes, frequent talks of rural dependencies and dealing with national and international suppliers. Within these projects I have also gained experience in managing both onshore and offshore teams.
I am strong in communications and have a very good understanding of processes, which allows me to quickly assess situations. This enables me to choose the right priorities. Colleagues and project staff, with whom I have worked, indicate that I have a helicopter view, confirm my strong communications and my result driven approach.
I am certified Agile Projectmanagement Practitioner and certified Prince2 Practitioner. In addition, I followed various courses around Engagement Management. I won the BPM Best Practice Award 2012 and I have been chairman of the competence center projectmanagement for 2.5 years. I have also written a white paper on the EPF. I am a certified Scrum Master and Product Owner. I recently attended the PRISMA training to sharply analyze complex business questions.
